Every once in awhile, someone gives me a book to read. Usually it’s a friend who does that, but every once in a while (like once in a blue moon), it’s a book publisher or author.

Just because I got it for free doesn’t mean I’m going to say it was a good book to read. If I think it’s poorly written or the author has written better, you are going to know that opinion.

In other words, my good opinion can’t be bought. On that you have my word.
